Creative Studio and Tech files have been moved out of the Projects shared drive and are now located alongside each team’s ministry files. This was necessary due to a Google file limit, but has the benefit that now all files for a job or project are located in a single folder.
This change has been made for the following Shared Drives:
This change has NOT been made for the SRS shared drive. We will do this after SRLC.
Important!
Top level folders that begin with an underscore (_) include collaboration with the Creative Studio or Tech teams. You will find _Creative and _Tech folders in there. Do not modify files in _Creative and _Tech folders unless told otherwise.
When in doubt follow these rules:
Don't change the directory structure that leads to a _Creative or _Tech folder. These will always begin with an underscore.
Don't edit or remove any files in a _Creative or _Tech folder.
Now we can all enjoy working in the same folder on a project and no longer have to search in multiple places to find them!
